Blue Property Services had humble beginnings as a domestic cleaning business and our success enabled us to quickly transition into commercial work. With our executive team having extensive experience in hotel cleaning and management, we were the perfect combination. Jozsef Pocsai (left) honed his cleaning skills during 4 years as a room attendant at the 5 Star Rydges Hotel at Southbank. He also possesses a Diploma of Hospitality Management and spent 7 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant where the importance of hygiene and cleanliness was paramount. Steve Szekely (right) brings the executive experience to our company with a Master’s in Human Resources Management and more than 10 years’ private sector business experience. Steve’s specialities are quality assurance, WH&S and ensuring our customers receive outstanding customer service. With these experienced executives and a team of dedicated workers, Blue Property Services are you commercial cleaning company of choice.
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service and in fact, our very first apartment complex cleaning contract came through a referral. We now regularly service contracts for strata managers and body corporate committees across the city. These photos and tasklist can be extracted from our system and presented in case that is required by our customers.
Furthermore, our regular site visits by management keep us informed of our performance and guarantee we meet our service agreement standards.
